Inventory Assistant at Mobos Fashion

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦170,000/month (based on experience)

Job Summary

The Inventory Assistant will assist in tracking, recording, and reconciling inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, supporting stock movement, and minimizing losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and record stock accurately
• Update inventory records on POS and inventory systems
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Support stock transfers between stores and warehouse
• Participate in routine stock counts and audits
• Ensure proper product labeling, tagging, and storage
• Work closely with store managers and sales teams
• Assist in identifying damaged or slowmoving items
• Maintain accurate documentation for stock movement
• Support loss prevention and inventory control processes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / BSc
• 1 – 3 years experience in inventory, storekeeping, or retail operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory or POS systems
• Good numerical and recordkeeping skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
