    Sales Person

    Job Summary

    • Handles active sales, client acquisition, and deal closures with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and convert qualified leads
    • Conduct property/product presentations
    • Close sales transactions
    • Maintain client relationships
    • Achieve and exceed monthly targets
    • Provide accurate sales reports

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field with 2–3 years sales experience

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Sales closing skills
    • Negotiation and persuasion
    • Customer relationship management

    Other Requirements:

    • Proven sales performance
    • Ability to work independently

    Monthly Target:

    • N50 Million
