Brand & Visual Designer at 247Bet

Role Description

• 247Bet is hiring a Brand & Visual Designer to own and elevate our brand systems and visual storytelling across products with a primary focus on Betpikr, our sports betting platform built for the Nigerian market. You'll be the custodian of our brand kits, the hand behind our product illustrations, and the craft lead for presentations and motion. This is a high-ownership role for someone who treats visual identity as a system, not a one-off deliverable, and who can carry that system from product screens all the way to billboard and feed.

What You'll Do

Brand Design & Asset Management

• Own and maintain brand kits, visual guidelines, and design assets across 247Labs and Betpikr, ensuring a single source of truth.
• Evolve Betpikr's dark/lime visual identity into a cohesive, scalable design system used consistently across all touchpoints.
• Create and manage marketing, campaign, social, product, and in-app assets that reinforce brand consistency.
• Define and document the brand's visual language across paid, owned, and organic channels from Instagram stories to betting slips.
• Design custom illustrations, spot graphics, and visual storytelling elements for product experiences and marketing, inspired by Nigerian sports culture.
• Lead creative execution for digital, social, OOH, print, and seasonal campaigns (EPL, AFCON, NBA, international tournaments), from concept through delivery.
• Produce high-performing creative for performance marketing (Meta, Google Display, programmatic), optimizing assets for different audiences and funnel stages.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Growth teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts, including email, push notification, and promotional creatives.
• Design presentation materials, investor decks, onboarding collateral, and internal communications with clear, branded visual narratives.
• Create motion graphics, micro-interactions, promo animations, and short-form video content that enhance both the product experience and marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in brand/visual design, ideally across digital products or consumer brands
• Strong portfolio spanning brand systems, illustration, presentation, and motion
• Demonstrated experience designing for marketing campaigns, not just product UI, with examples of work that ran on paid or organic channels
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and motion tools
• Systems thinker comfortable owning and scaling brand assets, not just executing tasks
• Ability to operate across fast-moving marketing cycles without losing brand rigour, someone who can turn a Monday campaign brief into Friday-ready creative
• Bonus: experience in fintech, gaming/betting, or B2C products; understanding of the Nigerian market and culture

Nice to Have

• Web/landing page design experience
• Creative campaign strategy
• A point of view on what makes Nigerian-built products feel local and premium
• Experience working with or briefing creative agencies, content creators, or influencer partners
• Familiarity with basic video editing for social content
• Understanding of performance creative principles, what makes a paid ad stop the scroll, adapt across formats, and drive conversions
