The role requires a basic understanding of the financial sector with an emphasis on services / offerings in the retail and commercial space and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
Establish and maintain good customer relationships
Meet revenue targets Conduct detailed market research to identify selling opportunities and understand customers needs.
Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales demonstrations, maintaining readiness for potential sales opportunities.
Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences, participating actively to promote our offerings.
Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our offerings.
Required Skills and Experiences
2 - 3 proven years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
