Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing occupancy rates, attracting corporate clients, and enhancing the hotel’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
• Promote hotel rooms, conference facilities, events, and other services to individuals and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate organizations.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits to potential clients.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Collaborate with marketing and front office teams to align sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after booking.
