Job Description

• Our Client wants experienced Sales and marketing Assocites to drive field salesmen who are using carts to make sales.
• This person must be hardworking and must be have good knowlegde of lagos terraine.

Functional Responsibilities
Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the Cart sales men
• Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts for your terrotorry
• Ensuring the Cart sales team are over achieving their targets as individuals and a team;
• Setting objectives for the team as well as targets, and coaching and performance management;
• Plan sales route for sales personnel
• Managing cost to time with budget
• Establishing distribution networks.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
• Designing and implementing marketing events.
• Supervising, monitoring and evaluating Marketing program activities, staff performances, and budgets
• Ensuring that Products standards are met
• •Promoting a harmonious relationship with the communities and society at largeto ensure support for program implementation and expansion.
• Putting in all thrust to attain the short-term and long-term objectives of the Company
• Ensuring that all Sales and Marketing staff are aware of the corporate objectives and ensure that contribute effectively to their attainment.
• Promoting a favourable image for the Company to the general public
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director or any other senior member of the Company.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc with 3 - 5 years experience.
