Sales Executive at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE)

Salary: N150k - 180k ( plus Commission-Based Per Child Enrolment)\

Job Description:

Our client, a growing Nursery and Primary School is looking for a young, ambitious, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team. The main goal of this position is to increase the number of pupils and boost revenues by effectively promoting the school to prospective parents and students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new students, leveraging modern trends like social media campaigns.
• Drive enrollment plan, initiatives and activities
• Visit  prospective parents and offices to introduce the school
• Regular social media posting and engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools and relevant parent groups
• Provide guidance and assistance to parents throughout the admissions process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in any field
• A passion for sales and marketing, especially in the education sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\r\n\r\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\r\n\r\n* Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
• Knowledge of the local education market is an advantage, but not required.
