    Sales Executive - 14 positions

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, managing client accounts, and expanding the company’s market share for industrial and automobile lubricant products.
    • The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and ensuring consistent product availability across industrial clients, auto shops, distributors, fleet companies, and mechanical garages.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote industrial and automotive lubricant products.
    • Identify new business opportunities across factories, manufacturing plants, workshops, transport/logistics firms, and automotive dealerships.
    • Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product offerings.
    • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, auto-part sellers, and lubricant resellers.
    • Monitor product availability in assigned territories and ensure proper merchandising.
    • Support promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients while providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and applications of Korect lubricants, educate dealers, riders, Mechanics about the technical aspects of Korect lubricants.
    • Ensure market awareness, keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and report the same.
    • Carry out trainings for all Lube Customer Service Attendants.
    • Drive Secondary sales in the market
    • Create awareness for the availability of Lube products to both current and prospective customers.
    • Understand business activities, customer needs and provide advice on products and services.
    • Supervise distributors and wholesalers for their stocks replenishments.
    • Ensuring growth and structured distribution network for lubricant business in the territory
    • Conduct regular customer visits and offer training to dealers, resellers and end customers on safe products handling and usage.

    Requirements
    Candidate Profile Requirements:

    • Graduate in Chemical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or any other discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lubricant sales
    • Experience in Industrial Lubricants or Automobile Lubricants (Aftermarket or B2B)
    • Must have direct engagement experience with lubricant stockists, wholesalers, and retailers in their current role

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of lubricant products and their industrial/automotive applications.
    • Excellent selling, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
    • Ability to understand technical product specifications.
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong market research and competitor analysis ability.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.

    Compensation
    N250,000 – N600,000 / Month (negotiable for the right candidate).
