    Sales Engineer - Heavy Equipment & Industrial Sales / Engineering / Construction Machinery / OEM

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer who has a proven track record of selling engineering products, industrial equipment, spare parts, or technical solutions to industrial clients.
    • This is a high-impact business development role for someone who understands industrial operations, builds strong customer relationships, and consistently delivers sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Development:

    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within manufacturing, construction, mining, power, oil & gas, and other industrial sectors.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share.
    • Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and customer visits.

    Technical Sales:

    • Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering products and solutions.
    • Prepare technical and commercial quotations and proposals.
    • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
    • Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Engineering Sales, or B2B Industrial Business Development.
    • Proven experience selling engineering products, industrial equipment, machinery, engineering spare parts, pumps, valves, compressors, generators, power systems, construction equipment, or similar industrial solutions.
    • Demonstrated success selling to manufacturing companies, factories, construction firms, mining companies, power plants, oil & gas companies, or other industrial customers.
    • Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field) is an advantage but not mandatory where relevant industrial technical sales experience exists.

    Preferred Industry Background
    Candidates with experience from any of the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply:
