The successful candidate will oversee workshop operations, fleet maintenance, customer service, team leadership, safety compliance, cost control, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage truck maintenance and repair operations
Lead and supervise workshop teams
Ensure vehicle roadworthiness and safety compliance
Drive third-party workshop business and customer satisfaction
Manage workshop budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience in truck or heavy-duty vehicle workshop operations
At least 7 years in a workshop leadership or management role
Experience managing fleet maintenance and commercial workshop operations
Strong knowledge of truck diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and workshop administration.
