    Client Service Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between the client and the agency, and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns. Requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service while meeting both client and agency objectives.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
    • Understand client needs, goals, and business objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions.
    • Communicate client feedback to the relevant internal teams and ensure that client expectations are clearly understood.

    Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, digital, etc.) to develop comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns that meet client goals.
    • Ensure timely execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the agency’s quality standards.
    • Monitor ongoing campaigns to track performance, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.

    Project Management:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, including overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
    • Coordinate and communicate across departments (creative, media, production) to ensure smooth project flow.
    • Prepare and manage client presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.

    Client Reporting & Analysis:

    • Regularly update clients on the performance of their campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Provide comprehensive reports that include key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI analysis.

    Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:

    • Proactively identify potential issues or concerns, addressing them promptly to avoid disruptions in service or client satisfaction.
    • Act as a mediator between the client and internal teams, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.

    Budget and Financial Management:

    • Ensure that campaigns are executed within agreed budgets, monitoring expenses and providing clients with budget updates.
    • Approve and process invoices, keeping track of payments and any financial discrepancies.

    Business Development:

    • Support the agency’s efforts in client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for additional services or upsells.
    • Assist with new business pitches, preparing presentations, and developing proposals for potential clients.
    • Internal Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with creative teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the client’s objectives and creative brief.
    • Communicate effectively with production, media, and strategy teams to ensure smooth workflow and campaign execution.

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field (preferred) from a recognized institution.

    WORK EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field in an advertising or marketing agency.

    KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software (e.g., CRM, reporting tools).
    • Experience in managing budgets and understanding financial aspects of campaigns.
    • Technology savvy.

    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.

    Senior Architect

    Responsibilities:

    Project Coordination & Delivery:

    • Converts concept designs into fully coordinated technical drawings using Revit, ensuring readiness for the construction stage.
    • Coordinates technical design inputs with structural and MEP engineers, maintaining cost awareness throughout.
    • Reviews drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards.
    • Collaborates with the quantity surveyor in the preparation of bills of quantities, including for turnkey projects.
    • Manages the tender process and administers the building contract on behalf of the client.
    • Supervises contractor work on site, chairs site meetings, and prepares post-meeting communications.
    • Conducts site inspections, prepares snag lists, and produces as-built drawings upon project completion

    Technical Design & Problem Solving:

    • Produces and reviews detailed architectural drawings and specifications to the highest technical standard.
    • Identifies and resolves technical design challenges, providing practical guidance and best-practice direction to the team.
    • Monitors and integrates input from consultant team members to ensure cohesive project delivery

    Team Leadership & Mentorship:

    • Leads and manages project teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
    • Conducts internal design and technical reviews to uphold quality standards and studio expectations

    Client & Stakeholder Management:

    • Engages with clients, consultants, and contractors across meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
    • Manages client expectations while preserving design integrity and studio standard

    Site Oversight:

    • Conducts regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved designs.
    • Identifies and addresses site issues promptly, delivering practical, timely solutions to keep projects on track

    Documentation & Communication:

    • Ensures all project communications are properly documented through official channels.
    • Upholds company protocols for information management and project reporting

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
    • Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
    • 6 – 10 years’ relevant experience in the architectural sector.
    • Professional registration with NIA and ARCON
