• We are currently looking for a detail-oriented professional Sales Coordinator with a passion for coordinating sales activities in the dynamic world of construction to join our growing team and support our sales operations from lead generation to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and client communication
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain and update CRM systems, sales reports, and documentation
• Assist in preparing tenders and contract documents
• Track project progress and follow up on client inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role (construction industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
