Job Description

• Achieve apportioned share of annual sales budget and stated gross operating margin for branch/ team
• Provide contract and spare parts leadership support.
• Superintend spare parts sales and supply chain management.
• Provide Bid Administration support for all bids company-wide.
• Participate in the executive management decision-making process of the business.
• Building strong performance communication/reporting and evaluation systems for the spare part business team.
• Build a system of goal accountability within the spare parts business team
• Superintend overall branch operations in relation to spare parts.
• Lead team for Contracts and Leases/Rentals prospecting,

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years work experience.
