    Sales Branch Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Branch Manager to ensure that sales goals are met and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner.
    • The Branch Managers will be responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales reports, training, and managing staff, and asking clients for feedback.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all staff correctly interpret and implement any instructions given to them.
    • Coach and supervise all branch staff on ways to increase sales and provide high-quality customer service.
    • Conduct performance reviews and recommend salaries review for staff.
    • Initiate new business and sustain existing businesses with the bank
    • Continually strive to create profitable businesses through proactive cross-selling and relationship enhancement

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
