Job Description

• We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associates (male and female) to join our team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
• The Sales Associates will also help maintain the store's appearance, manage inventory, and handle transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and returns efficiently and courteously.

Sales:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Promote and upsell products to maximize sales.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Participate in sales events and promotions to attract customers.

Store Operations:

• Assist in maintaining the store’s appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Arrange and display merchandise to attract customers and boost sales.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new shipments.

Transactions:

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments securely.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist in training new sales staff as needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management about customer feedback and store needs.

Qualifications
Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional training or coursework in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems and handling cash transactions is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting and moving heavy merchandise.
• Fast-paced retail environment requiring constant interaction with customers and team members.
