    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Female Sales and Marketing Officerto promote the company's real estate products and services, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting property presentations, and supporting marketing initiatives that enhance the company's brand and market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and market the company's real estate products and services.
    • Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate information on available properties.
    • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other marketing documents.
    • Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to successful closure.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
    • Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, site inspections, and marketing events.
    • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Monthly and annual sales targets achieved.
    • Number of qualified leads generated.
    • Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
    • Customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Timely follow-up on enquiries.
    • Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
    • Gender: Female.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good presentation and persuasion abilities.
    • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
    • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
