    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Job Desccription

    • They urgently requires the services of a Sales/Marketing Officer to boost its operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop andsource astrong pipeline ofprospective clients andqualified leads
    • Meet orexceed sales andprofit goals
    • Co-create andexecute asales strategy forallocated product range andregion
    • Facilitate pre-sales process fornew leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings andcontract negotiation
    • Lead andcoordinate proposal preparations incooperation with other departments within Comarch (presales, R&D, implementation, legal, support, etc.) toprepare ontime andhigh-quality proposals
    • Actively manage existing customer accounts, address keyobjectives andstrategy, concerns andescalations, overall status andnew sales opportunities
    • Deliver in-person sales presentations with prospective andexisting customers
    • Research andstay updated with telecommunication/IT industry trends andinsights
    • Attend andactively participate inconferences andindustry events
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities.
    • Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and support.
    • Promote products and services to clients through effective sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to existing clients.
    • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
    • Meet sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue goals, customer satisfaction ratings, and retention rates.
    • Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
    • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance sales and relationship management skills.
    • Any other assignment.

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate should possess at least OND, HND or Bsc in any relevant field. Prior experience of selling IT, telecom products and power solutions will be an advantage.
    • The ideal candidate must also have a minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing. Candidates residing within Ajah, or other close vicinities will have an advantage.
