Sales and Marketing Executive/ Digital Marketing - Lagos at Nicole Sinclair Consulting

We are seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth across both retail and corporate segments, while strengthening the organization's market presence through effective digital marketing strategies. The role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic marketing delivery, requiring a commercially minded professional who can generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships, while also leveraging digital channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Generate and qualify leads; manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecast future results.
• Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, promotional content, and go-to-market collateral.
• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across online channels (social media, email, SEO, content marketing).
• Manage social media presence and grow engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Track digital marketing performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and tracking of key digital KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Minimum of 5 -6 years’ experience working across different industries or markets
• Experience in sales of luxury product is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the full customer journey (lead generation to conversion)· 
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (digital marketing experience required)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising
