    Sales and Key Account Management Specialist

    Key Responsibilities
    Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:

    • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales plans, with a strong focus on meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Analyze market data and customer behavior to design targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.

    Manage Key Accounts and Build Long-Term Relationship:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value healthcare clients such as hospitals, pharmacies, medical distributors, and diagnostic centers.
    • Develop customized service plans and product solutions based on client-specific needs and operational challenges.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
    • Foster loyalty and long-term engagement through trust-building, timely communication, and consistent value delivery.

    Identify New Business Opportunities and Market Trends:

    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging healthcare needs, competitive threats, and new sales channels.
    • Identify potential clients or partners and initiate engagement strategies to convert leads into revenue-generating accounts.
    • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and maintain visibility within the healthcare sector.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on market demand and customer preferences.

    Coordinate with Internal Teams to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

    • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients and ensure accurate documentation.
    • Resolve client complaints or issues swiftly by coordinating internally and following up until satisfactory resolution is achieved.
    • Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and key deliverables are met on time and with high quality.

    Oversee Project Timelines and Ensure Successful Delivery of Client Initiatives:

    • Plan and manage client-related projects, ensuring that deliverables align with scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
    • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans as needed to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure client initiatives, such as product rollouts or service upgrades, are executed successfully.
    • Prepare and deliver client reports, project updates, and presentations to communicate status and achievements.

    Forecasting, Reporting, and Performance Analysis:

    • Track sales performance metrics and client engagement levels to inform forecasting and planning.
    • Prepare regular sales and account performance reports for senior management.
    • Set and monitor KPIs for sales growth, account retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.

    Contract Negotiation and Account Profitability:

    • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the organization and the customer.
    • Monitor account profitability, suggesting pricing models or package adjustments as needed.

    Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs:

    • Design and implement client retention strategies, loyalty programs, and relationship-building activities.
    • Monitor client satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
    • Proactively identify potential churn risks and implement intervention plans to retain key accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • Proven project management experience.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
