Sales and Distribution Officer at The Milk Booster

Job Summary:

• Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about driving revenue growth and ensuring efficient product delivery across channels, We are looking for a Sales and Distribution Officer who will be the bridge between the company’s production lines and the market, responsible for executing sales strategies, managing distribution networks, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Manage distribution channels to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics teams for optimal stock availability 
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer trends
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, wholesalers, and retailers 
• Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and distribution metrics 
• Collaborate with production teams to align operations with market demand 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• ⁠Proficiency in MS Office
