Room Division Supervisor at Esporta Suites Hotel and Resorts Ltd

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
• Ensure smooth room allocation, check-in/check-out procedures, and room readiness.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service quality.
• Monitor occupancy levels and work closely with the sales and reservations teams.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure standards are maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support training and performance evaluation of staff within the division.
• Prepare daily occupancy reports and assist in managing departmental budgets.
• Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experiencein hotel operations with at least2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of front office and housekeeping operations.
• Proficiency in hotel management software.
• Professional appearance and high attention to detail.
