Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Experience in preparing both intercontinental and local dishes
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Respect for privacy and discretion
- Collaborate with household members to plan menus that align with their preferences, dietary needs, and any special requests
- Create meal plans that incorporate a variety of cuisines and ingredients
- Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques, such as grilling, sauteing and roasting
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well equipped kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients
