Requirements:

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
• Patient, nurturing, and highly creative teaching style
• Excellent communication and classroom organisation skills
• Knowledge of inclusive practices (experience with SEN is an advantage)
