Job Description

• We are looking for a Relationship Officer to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers in a Microfinance Bank.
• The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, and the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and support.
• Promote products and services to clients through effective sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to existing clients.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue goals, customer satisfaction ratings, and retention rates.
• Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance sales and relationship management skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 8 years experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
