Relationship Manager, Consumer Lending at Gadol Financial Service Limited

Position Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated individual with in-depth knowledge of consumer finance, particularly in IPPIS (Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System) loans.
• This role involves working closely with salary earners to understand their unique financial needs and delivering tailored lending solutions that empower them to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate loan applications from individual consumers, ensuring thorough credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the lending process.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions.
• Mobilization of funds from individual and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5 years’ Experience in consumer lending/IPPIS loans particularly within the financial institution.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
