We are seeking a dedicated individual with in-depth knowledge of consumer finance, particularly in IPPIS (Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System) loans.
This role involves working closely with salary earners to understand their unique financial needs and delivering tailored lending solutions that empower them to achieve their financial goals.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in loan structuring, risk assessment, and client relationship management, helping to further our mission of providing accessible, reliable financial services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate loan applications from individual consumers, ensuring thorough credit analysis and risk assessment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the lending process.
Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions.
Mobilization of funds from individual and corporate clients.
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any field.
5 years’ Experience in consumer lending/IPPIS loans particularly within the financial institution.
