    Regional Sales Head

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet regional and sectoral revenue targets. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, regulators, and industry players. 
    • Analyze market trends and competition to inform pricing, product development, and sales strategies. 
    • Oversee RFP, RFI, and RFT processes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. 
    • Drive cross-selling opportunities and develop value propositions for ipNX products and services. 
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve performance targets. 
    • Provide actionable insights through forecasting models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making. 
    • Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain productive relationships with decision-makers. 

    Job Requirements 

    Educational Qualifications: 

    • BSc/BA in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent (2.2/Upper Credit minimum). 
    • Master’s degree/MBA is a plus. 

    Experience: 

    • 5–10 years of sales management experience, preferably in telecom, technology, or media industries. 
    • Proven track record of closing deals with blue-chip companies and managing client portfolios. 
    • Experience in the Western Region with strong knowledge of the technical market landscape.

    Skills & Attributes: 

    • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint). 
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration. 
    • Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen. 
    • Resilient, innovative, and adept at optimizing processes and developing talent.
