Lead Marketer at Fieldco

Requirements

• 7+ years' relevant marketing experience with a strong track record in developing marketing strategies and achieving revenue targets.
• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• MBA is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Real estate marketing experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Generate and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and identify business opportumues
• Coordinate property marketing across digital and traditional channels
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
