Job Description
As a Regional General Manager SBG here at Honeywell, you will establish business plans for the region to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will develop marketplace opportunities, guide sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide guidance to employees in the achievement of common goals. You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the regional manager, peers, employees, and cross-functional teams.
As a people guide at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and assisting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. As a key guide, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.
