Insurance Advisor at Leadway Assurance Company

Leadway Assurance Company Limited is seeking dynamic and result-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors / Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s insurance and financial products while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and generating new clients through various channels
• Educating clients on insurance products such as annuity, endowment, and investment plans
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Providing financial advisory services tailored to clients’ needs

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any disciplin
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of financial services or willingness to learn.
