Recruitment Specialist at Speedaf Nigeria Limited

Job Summary

• The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support Speedaf Express Nigeria’s fast-paced logistics operations, including warehouse, dispatch, customer service, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely onboarding of successful candidates
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment (logistics experience is an advantage)
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment tools
• Must reside in or close to Berger, Lagos
