We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Surulere.
As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent globally.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Implement best practices and innovative approaches to recruitment, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract top talent.
Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and increase hiring success rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both IT and non-IT sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing a team of recruiters, with a minimum of 20 members.
Global hiring exposure, with experience recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds and geographies.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employer branding strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving hiring goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
