We are experts in Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Management of talents. We also help in managing entire organizational human resource ecosystem. We are in search of a young and vibrant individual to join our team as a RECRUITMENT INTERN.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain records with the use of an application tracking system, posting of jobs, conducting interviews, making job offers.
• Maintain human resource information confidentiality
• Implementing human resource procedures
• Lead the successful placement of candidates into qualifying positions.
• Participating in the recruitment process to fill multiple open job positions.
• Contacting potential candidates via linkedln, referrals and other mediums,sourcing of resumes from existing data base.
• Contact references and perform background checks      
• ​Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions

Requirements

•  Fresh graduate or a corper with Bsc minimum  in any discipline.
• Must reside in LAGOS preferably close to OGUDU
• Candidate must be very smart.
• Candidate should have interest in Recruitment Consulting
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and other Microsoft office software
• Must be computer and internet savvy
•  Must be a fast learner
