- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Recruiter (inhouse or staffing agency)
- Strong knowledge of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
- Previous experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
- Prior experience in JD development, CV screening, interview process and candidate management systems
- Strong verbal, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
