Experience: 1 - 2 year

Location: Lagos state (Mainland preferably areas closest to Ikeja axis)

Job Description:

• Attend to all visitors for the company and check completed visitors form to know who they want to see.
• Contact the officer they want to see by telephone to inform them and confirm if the visitors could see them.
• Make and receive official telephone calls for all staff
• Maintain dispatch register for outgoing mails.
• Keep and issue out office stationaries and maintain record of stocks received, issue and balance the store register.
• Maintain excellent attendance record consistently
• Arriving to work on time (Punctuality)
• Ensure that the front Office/Reception is tidy

Qualification/Experience:

• Applicant must be OND Graduate (FEMALE)
• Applicant must be residing around or within Ikeja, Opebi axis.
• Good communication skills
• Punctuality
• Computer Literacy
• Applicant must be presentable (Well Dressed)
