Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description
- Updating knowledge of sales, documentation, property management and promotional events.
- Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations and advertising.
- Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, and monitoring tasks and projects.
- Maintaining accurate information on the company's website, designing promotional Web and tracking marketing initiatives.
- To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.
Requirements
- BA / B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate/marketing.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Must reside in Lagos, Ajah/Sangotedo axis.
