Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, goal-driven, and experienced Investment Advisor to join our real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, conducting inspections, and building strong client relationships.
• Candidates must have prior experience working in a real estate company or banking sector, with strong sales and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for property sales
• Conduct site inspections with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet assigned sales targets and business goals
• Present property investment opportunities to clients
• Maintain proper records of leads, inspections, and sales activities
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Previous experience in a real estate firm or banking sector is mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Lagosreal estate market is an added advantage.
