• Real Estate Development: (Project Types, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Reporting)
• Real Estate Management:(Property sales, Management, Lease, Facilities Management)

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc./B.A./B.Eng./Tech in a relevant field

Certifications:

• PMP
• PRINCE 2/CPM (will be added advantage)
• HSE

Technical/Soft skills:

• MS Project
• JIRA or Trello (will be added advantage)

Experience:

• 5-10 years business development experience, preferably in the Real Estate/Construction Industry/sector
