The Dimensional Inspector is responsible for verifying the dimensional accuracy of manufactured parts, assemblies, and products.
This role ensures that all products meet the required specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Dimensional Inspection: Conduct precise measurements of parts, assemblies, and products using various inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
Quality Control: Verify that products meet required specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Record and maintain accurate inspection data, including measurements, tolerances, and defects.
Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify and document non-conforming products, and notify production teams and quality management.
Corrective Action: Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and resolve quality issues.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc qualification with 2-5 years of experience in dimensional inspection, quality control, or a related field.
