    Project Manager (Social Media & Content Creation)

    Job Description

    • This role exists to lead and coordinate social media and content creation across all the company and it units.
    • You will be responsible for executing content strategies that are both globally polished and locally authentic, managing campaigns, guiding creators, and ensuring brand consistency across diverse digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Social Media Management:

    • Design and implement tailored social media strategies for the company.
    • Adapt and curate content for various platforms and international markets (Africa, UK, EU, US).
    • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s values, maintains high quality, and is culturally relevant.
    • Coordinate creators, artists, editors, and partners to maintain weekly content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
    • Supervise contributors to ensure timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
    • Plan and oversee digital campaigns for music releases, brand activations, and storytelling initiatives.
    • Manage integrated content calendars including announcements, teasers, and fan engagement events.
    • Drive creative ideation using trends, platform-native tools, and audience feedback.
    • Position each label as globally relevant and locally authentic.
    • Drive audience growth via collaborations, challenges, and strategic media placements.
    • Build online communities through polls, reposts, spotlights, and live sessions.
    • Monitor campaign and content performance, escalating issues as needed.
    • Deliver monthly analytics on growth, engagement, and content performance.
    • Present quarterly performance insights and suggest data-driven improvements.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 5+ years of experience in project management or social media/content strategy in the creative, music, or media industries.
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
    • Hands-on experience coordinating creators and managing content calendars.
    • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
    • Ability to balance polished international campaigns with grassroots authenticity.
    • Portfolio showing multi-region content execution and cross-platform engagement.
