    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional demeanor.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous manner
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
    • Maintain reception area and ensure it reflects the company’s professional image
    • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
    • Provide administrative support to various departments
    • Handle inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
    • Proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Professional appearance and attitude
