Remuneration: 1.8M monthly

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Procurement Manager with an Engineering background to oversee our client\'s group\'s procurement of equipment, materials, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement plans and strategies to meet operational needs
• Source and qualify local and international suppliers, particularly those with oil and gas industry expertise
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analyze market trends to secure the best prices and terms
• Maintain accurate procurement records
• Develop and implement vendor performance evaluation criteria

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, etc.) 
• 7+ years of procurement experience, preferably in Nigeria\'s oil and gas industry
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with Nigerian procurement regulations and market dynamics
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
