What You'll Do
Identify training and drive suitable initiatives across the core business KPIs
Drawn an overall training and scalable development plan that addresses the need and expectation of the business.
Analyze and review business processes and ensure updated training on every process change
Interphases with tech team and lead user experience test before deployment
Develop the SOPs in collaboration with the operations team
Develop different end to end training materials.
What You'll Bring
BA / B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences, equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in designing and executing training program.
Excellent communicator, strong in writing, record keeping.
Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
