Private Chef at an Integrated Services Company

Job Description: Chef 

Chef fulfil a key role in the efficient and smooth running of the home. The incumbent shall provide a quality catering service. 

Typical duties 

• Plans all menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home
• Deals with suppliers to order supplies and stock 
• Manages the overall budget and reports to home owner on costs  
• Ensure the prompt service of all meals at the required times 
• Prepares, monitors and maintains the quality of the food 
• Ensures the kitchen follows hygiene and health and safety guidelines, and ensures personal safety at all times 

Requirements 

• At least secondary school leaving certificate
• Experience working with a hotel
• Experience in the preparation of continental and local dishes   
• Neat
• Good interpersonal skill
