Kitchen Assistant (Shawarma) at Prixair

Responsibilities 

• Assist in preparing ingredients (cutting vegetables, marinating meat, etc.)
• Support the preparation and wrapping of shawarma
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work surfaces
• Wash utensils, equipment, and food preparation tools
• Ensure proper food storage and handling in line with hygiene standards
• Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies
• Follow instructions from the chef or supervisor
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
