Organisational Development Advisor at Society for Family Health (SFH)

Requirements

Interested candidates must have:

• University Degree in a Social Science or related course
• Advanced degree in Social Science or related course will give an advantage
• Must have completed National Youth Service Corp (NYSC).
• Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 9 years post NYSC experience working with non-profit supporting internationally funded community based programs; 
• Experience in developing capacity development plans for CBOs 
• Experience in proposal writing and development, costing and budget development for CBO’s. 
• Experience in fundraising and report writing.  
• Experience working in complex environments;  
• Significant experience in managing change, implementing sustainability initiatives, stakeholder management.     
• Possess relevant industry experience in the non-governmental organization health programming sector.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite at the minimum. Other computer skills will be of added advantage
