Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Stone’s online sales channels, including social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Create and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Convert leads into sales by promoting our products and addressing customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and monitor sales performance.
• Manage product listings, orders, and payments on e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
• Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot product-related issues efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in online sales or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and e-commerce tools.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Express.
