1 - Work Remotely And Set Your Own Schedule to Reply to Customers

• We work in a remote manner, so this role is open to professionals anywhere in the world with a solid internet connection.
• You’ll have the flexibility to design a schedule which allows you to do your best work and drive results.
• We just insist you check the inbox at least once every 24h, 6 days a week. 
• We need a reliable communicative agent, who is polite and can spot a possibility for an upsell. 
• Excellent English skills are a huge bonus, as is the ability to solve issues and delight customers.

Here’s What We Expect From You

• You have experience following SOPS, and being responsible for updating SOPS. 
• You’re efficient and can handle large volumes of emails.
• Someone that’s ambitious, resourceful, independent, and results driven. You should have a creative flair to solve problems. Driven towards results and task completion. Have no issue with owning the result. 
• Able to take ownership and accountability. 
• Even if a project goes wrong, your first response is always “I take full responsibility. Here’s what I’m already doing to fix it.”
• Your English skills are native or near native. You are detail oriented and despise typos, spelling mistakes and poor punctuation.   
• You pay attention to detail and follow instructions carefully. 
• Able to work remotely with your own phone, computer and high speed internet access in place. Spotty connectivity won’t do. 
• Planned and methodical in your work.

Use Wordpress to publish posts and podcasts

• Twice a week you will need to publish new posts, new podcasts and send emails out. 
• You will need to coordinate between the designer, transcriber, tutors and founder and follow a system of fetching the recordings, uploading them and ultimately publishing them. 
• You may face issues and will need to be quite determined and resourceful to solve them yourself. 

Perks + Compensation

• Hourly wage determined by a time tracker on your browser.
• Base pay: $7/h for about 20 hours a month ($140/month). After first month performance bonus starts and should boost salary.
• Your schedule is entirely your responsibility, however a check in each day, 6 days a week. It will be time tracked to start with. 
• We work in a remote manner, so this role is open to professionals anywhere in the world with a solid internet connection.
• For the first month, a weekly morning call with the founder to discuss results of the previous week, and next steps to be taken.
