We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive office assistant / receptionist to support daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment, providing basic administrative support, and assisting with routine tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
Keep the office space clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
Receive visitors and attend to basic front desk duties.
Assist with warming and serving meals when required.
Run simple errands and provide general support to staff.
Maintain office supplies and report when items need replenishment.
Assist with filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
Support management with any other assigned duties.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
