    NYSC Corps Member – Sales and Marketing Department

    Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager / Head of Department

    Job Summary:

    The NYSC Corps Member in the Sales and Marketing Department will support the team in executing sales strategies, promoting the company’s products or services, and assisting with marketing campaigns. The role provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, market research, and business development activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers and clients.
    • Support the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and quotations.
    • Participate in marketing and promotional activities such as social media campaigns, trade fairs, and product launches.
    • Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
    • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
    • Assist in developing marketing materials, content, and product brochures.
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely feedback or escalation where necessary.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Currently serving as a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
    • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
