Night Auditor at Victoria Crown Plaza (VCP Hotel)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations during the night shift
• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and audit daily transactions
• Prepare night audit reports and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Monitor reservations and update guest information in the hotel management system
• Ensure smooth overnight operations and maintain high service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel front office or similar role is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail
• Experience with hotel management systems or PMS software is an added advantage
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
